Outside city limits
Many homes with a Maryville mailing address are outside the city. There, Blount County deputies respond and release the scene. Their main number is 865-273-5000.
The medical examiner is in Knoxville
Blount County's medical examiner is the Knox County Regional Forensic Center, on Production Lane in Knoxville. When a death there is investigated, your loved one is taken to that center, and the funeral home you choose collects them from it.
